Ingredients :
- 2 lbs flank steak cut into strips
- 4 tomatoes cut in 1/2 in wedges
- 1 onion cut into 1/2 in wedges
- 1 red bell pepper julienne cut
- 1 aji Amarillo or mild chili
- 1 tsp garlic
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sprig Cilantro
- 4 russet potatoes
- White rice
Method :
- In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil and fry beef in two batches. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside
- Add 1 tbsp oil and fry onions for one minute. Add red peppers, chili and garlic. Cook for two minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for one minute.
- Add beef, soy sauce and vinegar. Toss about two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut potatoes and cook as French fries. Serve with rice.
