Ingredients :
- 255 grams butter
- 170 grams white sugar
- 170 grams brown sugar
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 170 grams walnut
- 340 grams chocolate chips
- 500 grams bread flour
Method :
- Preheat the oven at 180℃.
- Beat the butter until it becomes light and airy.
- Add the sugar, egg, salt, vanilla and the leavening agents. Continuously mixing until it is well combined.
- Mix with the flour then add the chocolate chips and the walnut (optional). Remember not to drop all of the chocolate chips, it can be use by topping it on the cookies before putting into the oven for a nice look.
- Grease and flour your cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Place in a cooling rack. Let it cool and serve.
