Ingredients :
- 2 boneless pork chops (4 ounces each)
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp onion soup mix
Method :
- Place each pork chop onto a double thickness of heavy duty foil (about 18 inches X 14 inches).
- Top each with half the potatoes, half the peas, and half of the carrots.
- Sprinkle each packet with 1 tablespoon of the soup mix.
- Seal foil tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat juices run clear, turning occasionally.
- Carefully remove foil to allow steam to escape.
