Recipe Tom Collins

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 oz (or 2 oz) dry gin
  • 1 oz (or 3/4 oz) lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz (or 3/4 oz) simple syrup
  • 2 oz soda water

Method :
  1. Serve over ice
  2. Top with soda water
  3. Garnish with lemon wedge
