Ingredients :
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 large carrots
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 Green chili chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas
- French beans finely chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves chopped
- 2 cups Soy chunks (soaked in water. Later squeeze the water and cut into small pieces )
- 1-2 cups Brown Italian mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp Allspice powder
- 1 clove
- 2 cardamom pods
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- Cashew nuts , raisins ( fried in ghee ) to garnish
- 1/2 Lemon / lime
- to taste Salt
- 1 pinch Saffron a pinch soaked in 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup Paneer ( cottage cheese) cubes, slightly fried in oil
- 1/2 cup Green peas
Method :
- Serve hot. This photo is taken after mixing everything.
