Ingredients :
- 6 cups milk
- 2/3 cup jasmine or basmati rice
- 1/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp caramel extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
Method :
- Wet rice with water. Boil milk. Put wet rice into pot. Stir in extracts coconut oil and sugar. Constantly stir for 20+ mins until it coagulates. Let cool and simmer. Then add spices and chill for 3 hours.
