
Ingredients :
- 1 lb diced chicken breasts
- 9 small red potatoes diced
- 3/4 cup baby carrots
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 pepper
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Spray baking dish with cooking spray or line with foil
- Add chicken veggies chicken broth and olive oil
- Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder to taste. You can also add salt if you want
- Mix and put in oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
- Enjoy!
