Ingredients :
- 2 bottles Asian bbq sauce
- 3 TBS Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Kentucky bourbon sauce
- to taste soy sauce
- to taste sorghum syrup
- to taste cayenne pepper
- 1 whole duck
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together except the duck. Once all is mixed pour over duck in ziplock bag and marinade for 2 days.
- Smoke for 6 hours at 220 degrees.
