Ingredients :
- Cream
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 stick Salted Butter @ room temperature
- Wet
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Dry
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 1/2 cup AP Flour
- 1 1/4 cup Crushed Oreos
Method :
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Mix in Wet until well incorporated.
- Sift Dry if desired. Add little by little.
- Note: dough will be stuff but moist. May need to mix by hand.
- Scoop out onto sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. This creates deliciously chewy cookies to enjoy the next day! I use a small cookie scoop.
