Recipe Mantastic Egg and Cheese Bacon Wrap

Ingredients :

• 6 Eggs
• 6 Slices Bacon
• 3 Slice Bread
• Shredded Cheese

Method :

1. Spray cooking spray into a cupcake pan
2. Layer the edges of each cupcake doo.dad with a slice of bacon. I use pork because lets face it turkey is only meant to be eaten on Thanksgiving
3. With a small lipped cup, cut 2 circles out of each slice of bread. Once cut, stuff the bread circles into the cupcakes pan. Push it down as far as you can with your fingers.
4. Take a pinch of Shredded Cheese and press it on top of the bread
5. Crack an egg on top of the cheese. Making sure not to break the yolk
6. Put a little bit of salt on top of the eggs
7. In a preheated oven set at 400F, bake it for 15 minutes.
8. Let stand for 5 minutes. Finally use a dash of black pepper and enjoy.
