
Ingredients :
- 10 jalapeños
- 10 slice of bacon
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh garlic chopped
- 3 cup
Method :
- Cut the jalapeño in one side and take out the seeds.
- Boil in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes and 1/4 tsp.of salt.
- Mix in a bowl the cream cheese salt and garlic.
- Stuff each jalapeño with 2 tsp.of cream cheese.
- Wrap each jalapeño with one slice of bacon.Bring to the oven 375 Friday for 20 minutes or until is medium brown on the top.
