
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 scallions
- 24 shrimp (deveined)
- rice
- to taste pepper
Method :
- Mix together stock, soy sauce, mirin and honey. Bring to a boil over medium heat and let reduce, about 15 minutes. Prepare rice
- Finely dice scallions.
- Coat shrimp with teriyaki sauce and bake at 350 F for ~8 minutes
- Sprinkle shrimp with scallions, season with pepper and serve with rice
