Ingredients :
- 2-3 lbs beef roast
- 2-3 sliced carrots
- 2-3 sliced celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- water: to cover the beef
Method :
- Rub about half the seasoning on to the beef.
- Place the beef in the crock pot. Add the vegetables.
- Add the water. Add the remaining seasoning.
- Cook on low. (About 10 hours) Add water as needed.
- Enjoy as desired.
