
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 orange
- 1-2 jalapeƱos
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- to taste Salt & pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method :
- Cook on low 8-10 hrs. If there"s a fat cap on pork, I put that side up. If a lot of fat, may need to remove this after cooking
