
Ingredients :
- 1 pound beef strips
- ......................................................
- <Marinade Ingredients>
- ★3 tablespoon homemade yeast water or sake
- ★2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ★1 tsp sugar
- ★1 clove crushed garlic
- ★1 tsp ground ginger
- .......................................................
- <Other Ingredients>
- 1 onion
- 4 colored peppers (small)
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- ☆to taste salt
- ☆to taste black pepper
- ☆1/4 tsp soy-sauce
- ☆1/4 tsp sesame oil
Method :
- Marinade ★ all the ingredients together into a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge for few hours.
- Chop onion and bell peppers into bite size pieces. (By the way, red & green peppers are from my garden!)
- Take out beef strips from Ziploc bag, add flour and mix. (I"m using whole wheat flour.)
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.
- Add chopped onions and color peppers and fry for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt.
- Add black pepper. (I"m using mixed pepper corns.)
- Add beef strips and fry few more minutes.
- Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don"t throw it away! You need this.)
- Add a little soy-sauce.
- Add a little sesame oil.
- Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!
