Ingredients :
- 200 grams of squid cut in full mouth size
- 1 full hand sweet basil
- 2 chilli roughly cut
- 1/2 onion slices
- 1 clove of garlic choped
- 1 little bit of baby pepper corn or without is ok
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of oil
Method :
- In the heatingpan pan add oil and fry in garlic and squids working fast adding onions and chillies fry untiĺ squid are cook .
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and chicken stock then right away fry in basil and baby pepper corn. Remove from heat .served with rice
