Ingredients :
- 32 oz Chicken stock
- 4 large baked chicken breasts
- 5 cup of cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 head of steamed broccoli
- 1 cup of sour cream
Method :
- Combine Broccoli, rice, and Chicken (shredded) in a baking pan.
- Pour chicken stock over top. Then add sour cream and mix well.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cheese on top. Bake for a half hour at 350°.
