Ingredients :
- 2 Packages (about 24 oz) Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (optional, but awesome)
Method :
- Mix all ingredients in a non-stick pot over low heat until fully combined and smooth.
- Line a casserole dish or deep pan with wax paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into wax paper and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Pull fudge-filled wax paper from dish and peal wax paper from fudge.
- Cut into cubes as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in tupperware (separate cubes with wax paper so they don"t stick together).
