Resep Sugar and gluten free cake

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Gluten free Flour
  • 3/4 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 10-15 Kimia Dates
  • 1/2 tea spoon Baking Soda
  • Roasted Nuts
  • Pinch salt
  • Fresh grape juice

Method :
  1. Deseed the kimia dates(the soft kind) and form a paste. Mix this paste with curd, milk and add the baking soda and keep aside for 5 mins till you see bubbles forming.
  2. Mix the gluten free flour with the roasted nuts and unsalted butter.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients to form a paste like mixture, add salt to taste.
  4. Pour this mixture in an greased baking tin.
  5. I don"t own a microwave owen hence I baked the cake in an pressure cooker on medium flame for 45 mins.
  6. Once the cake is baked which can be checked with the help of a knife, let the cake cool off for 10-15 mins. Add the fresh grape juice or any citrus fruit juice to moisten the cake.
  7. Enjoy!!!
