Ingredients :
- 1 butter
- 1 (11oz.) pkg.carmel bits
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup broken pretzels
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 to 5 whole graham crackers
Method :
- Line an 8x8" pan with foil, letting foil extend over 2 sides. Coat foil with butter.
- Arrange the crackers in the bottom of the pan . Cutting to fit as needed; set aside.
- Melt carmel bits with heavy cream in microwave for 2 minutes. Stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour over crackers in pan. Sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and pretzels. Pressing gently.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over mixture in the pan. Chill at least 1 hour. Remove from pan by lifting the foil before cutting.
