Ingredients :
- 1 C bittersweet chocolate
- 1 T dark rum
- 3/4 C whipping cream
- 2 T colored corn syrup
Method :
- Bring the whipping cream and corn syrup to a simmer over a med-high heat.
- Once simmering remove from the heat, stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth around 2 minutes, then add the rum.
