Recipe Chocolate rum sauce

Ingredients :

• 1 C bittersweet chocolate
• 1 T dark rum
• 3/4 C whipping cream
• 2 T colored corn syrup

Method :

1. Bring the whipping cream and corn syrup to a simmer over a med-high heat.
2. Once simmering remove from the heat, stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth around 2 minutes, then add the rum.
