Ingredients :
- 1000 g frozen pineapple chunks, partly thawed
- 320 ml coconut milk
- to taste icing sugar / powdered sugar
Method :
- So easy I can"t call it a recipe. Put the ingredients in a blender and puree, adding the sugar to taste
- Serve immediately! Delicious soft serve pineapple whipped ice cream!
