Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1 tsp Colorado citrus spice
- 3 basa or swai filets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Spread brown rice flour and spice onto wax paper or a board.
- Rinse and squeegee the fish.
- Coat it in the flour mix.
- Heat the pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Fry the first side for 7-10 minutes. Flip over and fry the second side for 1-2 minutes.
