Recipe Flat Tummy Water

Resep Flat Tummy Water

Ingredients :

  • 15 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Whole Lemon
  • 1 Whole Cucumber
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger Root
  • 9 glasses Glasses of Water

Method :
  1. Fill your pitcher with ingridients then add the water
  2. Let it sit for about 8-10 hours or over night.
