Ingredients :
- 2 lb Chicken breast (about 3-4)
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup Veggies of your choice (2 c is estimated)
- 3 packages Tiny biscuits ( if using grands 2)
Method :
- Dice and cook chicken season with salt pepper garlic
- Add soup to cooked chicken stir
- Amount of veggies depends on what you choose.. I used 1 medium zucchini and 1 medium yellow squash for this one. I"ve used 1/2 c of frozen corn and about 1/2 c fresh green beans cut up... Add veggies at end before baking stir in after soup.
- Greased a casserole dish ( I used a 3qt one) add a biscuits to cover bottom add chicken veggie mix . Top with rest of biscuits...
- Bake 350 about 1 until brown, if used grands biscuits will take longer specially he bottom...
- Serve 6 with 1/2 c size
