Ingredients :
- 6 carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/4 cups panko
- salt and pepper
Method :
- Combine all ingredients. Form into 6 patties.
- Cook in a skillet til both sides are golden brown
