Ingredients :
- 1 russet potato
- Canola oil
- Salt + pepper
- Baking sheet covered in foil
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly cover potato in canola oil and dash with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
- Tenderness check and flip every 20 minutes throughout cook
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Cut hot dog bun style and add butter and cheddar cheese.
- To load potato add buffalo chicken, jalapeno, tomato, sour cream.
