Ingredients :
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 16 saltine crackers
- 4 t worchestershire sauce
- 1/8 t Tabasco or hotsauce liquid
- 2 t parslay
- 1 1/2 t dry mustard
- 3 T Duke's mayonnaise
- 1 egg
Method :
- Heat skillet on medium and melt butter but do not brown. Makes 6 large or 8 small patties. Brown both sides (3-5mins. on each side).
