
Ingredients :
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Bavarin Sweet mustard, or Dijon
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet.
- Combine honey, mustard,and thyme.
- Brush on both sides of fish.
- Cook in oil until fish flakes easily, about 5 minutes per side.
