Ingredients :
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 4 stalks chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2/3 cup hot pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup the juice from the radish
- 1 tbsp cincaluk
- 1 radish, diced
Method :
- Add 2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar to the diced radish and mix well.
- Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Drain the juice from the radish into a small bowl.
- Add all the ingredients
- Mix it up well until the seasonings coat the radish cubes evenly. Store in fridge or eat immediately!
