Ingredients :
- 1 medium banana mashed
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup ground uncooked oatmeal (powder form)
- 1/8 tsp flavoring I used vanilla almond extract
- 1 tsp Chia seed if desired
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Method :
- Process all ingredients in blender/mixer or processor until smooth like batter
- Pour desired amount into a lightly greased pan or griddle and cook just like pancakes
- Top with fruit if you"d like. add less or more oatmeal for desired thickness of batter as well.
