Recipe Healthy pancakes

Resep Healthy pancakes

Ingredients :

  • 1 medium banana mashed
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup ground uncooked oatmeal (powder form)
  • 1/8 tsp flavoring I used vanilla almond extract
  • 1 tsp Chia seed if desired
  • 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Method :
  1. Process all ingredients in blender/mixer or processor until smooth like batter
  2. Pour desired amount into a lightly greased pan or griddle and cook just like pancakes
  3. Top with fruit if you"d like. add less or more oatmeal for desired thickness of batter as well.
