Ingredients :
- 175 grams Self raising flour
- 175 grams Caster sugar
- 175 grams Butter or margarine
- 3 medium Eggs
- 2 tsp Ground mixed cake spice
Method :
- Mix flour, sugar, butter/margarine, eggs & cake all spice.
- Pre heat oven to gas mark 5. Grease cake tin with butter/margarine & dust tin with flour. Place into the middle of the oven & cook for 40 minutes until golden brown.
