Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Cornmeal
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 stick Margerine or Butter ( softened)
- 3/4 cup Milk
Method :
- Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in margerine with a fork. Mix milk in with a fork until until moistened thoroughly (Will be gooey).
- Drop by tablespoons on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- These are sweet and tender, almost like a cornmeal cookie.
