Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Low fat natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Mixed berries (optional)
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Splash of milk
- 3 Ice cubes (optional)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (optional)
Method :
- Cut banana into slices. Then put into smoothie maker
- Add the berries and yoghurt. Then finally put the oats and honey in, splashing the milk and orange juice over the top.
- Put the lid on and blend
- Serve up!
