Resep Banana Fill Me Up Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (optional)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Splash of milk
  • 3 Ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (optional)

Method :
  1. Cut banana into slices. Then put into smoothie maker
  2. Add the berries and yoghurt. Then finally put the oats and honey in, splashing the milk and orange juice over the top.
  3. Put the lid on and blend
  4. Serve up!
