Ingredients :
- 1 medium zucchini
- Flour for dusting
- to taste Salt and pepper
- oil for frying
Method :
- Slice zucchini. Add salt and pepper
- Roll in flour to dust.
- Fry on both sides till the gold color
- Serve with ranch or mayo. Enjoy!
