Recipe Tomato Marmelade

Ingredients :

• 1 kg tomatoes
• 200 ml sugar
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 star aniseed
• pinch salt
• 3 cloves

Method :

1. Pull the skin from the tomatoes
2. Cut in pieces
3. Put everything in a pot and bring to a boil
4. Let cook for approximately 2 hours
