
Ingredients :
- 100 g silk tofu
- 30 g sugar
- 400 ml water
- 3 pieces sliced ginger
- 5 Goji berries (Chinese wolfberry)
Method :
- Prepare a small pot to heat the sugar, water and ginger. Once the sugar has melted, remove from heat and add the Chinese wolfberry fruit.
- Let the syrup cool down for a while. Once completely cooled, chill it in the fridge for half an hour.
- Pour the chilled syrup onto a dish and scoop in the tofu with a tablespoon. Finally, garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy this simple yet delicious treat!.
