Recipe Tofu with Ginger Syrup

Resep Tofu with Ginger Syrup

Ingredients :

  • 100 g silk tofu
  • 30 g sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 3 pieces sliced ginger
  • 5 Goji berries (Chinese wolfberry)

Method :
  1. Prepare a small pot to heat the sugar, water and ginger. Once the sugar has melted, remove from heat and add the Chinese wolfberry fruit.
  2. Let the syrup cool down for a while. Once completely cooled, chill it in the fridge for half an hour.
  3. Pour the chilled syrup onto a dish and scoop in the tofu with a tablespoon. Finally, garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy this simple yet delicious treat!.
