Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 cups oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup shredded/flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 butter, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method :
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Spread into shallow baking pan.
- Bake 22-24 minutes. Stir once after 12 minutes of baking.
- Remove from oven. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.
- For heating with milk: one serving: 1/2 cup granola & 1/3 cup milk in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir & eat.
