Ingredients :
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup water
Method :
- In the 2 cups of flour add the 1 cup of water and knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Once it is a nice dough cover and leave for 1-1½ hour. Once it has doubled in size divide to 16 balls.
- Roll out as many balls as desired and cook for 1 min on each side then cook on direct flame till brown spots apear and enjoy with hot curry
