Recipe Sumtin Pumpkin

Ingredients :

• casserole
• 15 oz pumpkin, canned
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 large banana
• 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup old fashion applesauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup almond flour
• honey chocolate mixture
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tbsp chocolate cocoa special dark, unsweetened

Method :

1. Preheat oven 400°
2. Mix chocolate and 1 tablespoonful of honey
3. Mix all the ingredients except honey chocolate mixture
4. Put into a nonstick oven safe pan. Swirl in the honey chocolate mixture. Then put into oven. Bake 35-40 minutes
5. Let sit 10 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!
