
Ingredients :
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp oil (I used coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 5 tsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 dried basil
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven 350*
- In an oven safe dish toss minced garlic with oil. Bake until light golden brown.
- Remove from the oven stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Allow to cool in the fridge while prepping food, or over night.
- 1/4 cup of the sauce poured over 12 cooked wings is ideal.
