
Ingredients :
- 250 grams low fat quark
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 medium orange
- 1 bananaaaa
- 1 pear
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Method :
- Your main ingredients: oatmeal, quark, milk, one banana, one pear and orange. let"s go.
- Clean and peel da fruuuts. Add the oatmeal and fruits to the blender. Then add one cup milk. Blend heavily...please.
- Add the quark. Blend. Lastly, add one cup of water.
- Et voila. It was a bit bitter so I added 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup.
