Ingredients :
- 1 lb chicken (bone in and in peices)
- 1 package baby carrots
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 cup cold water
- 2 cups stock (veg or chicken)
- 1 onion
- 1 stick celery or 2 ice cubes of celery stock
- 1 package Egg noodles
Method :
- Combine all ingredients except the noodles
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer for 1hour
- While soup is simmer boil salted water
- Add noodles
- Cook the recommended time reduced by two min)
- Add noodles to soup and let simmer for a minute
- Allow soup to cool before coollin
