Ingredients :
- 8 lb Pork shoulder
- 1-2 Onions
- 1/2-1 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (Smeagol Sauce)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1 tsp Chili powder
Method :
- Cut onions and layer in bottom of crockpot
- Rub pork with some of olive oil
- Mix spices and rub all over pork (brown sugar, salt, garlic, paprika, pepper, mustard, chili)
- Stab pork with Steak knife a few times and place in crockpot, with the fat cap facing up
- Pour Honey over pork
- Combine vinegar, smeagol sauce, and rest of oil and pour over pork
- Cook on low for 10 hours
- Remove pork from crockpot, shred it (Wolverine-style), and remove what fat you can
- Put the shredded pork back into the crockpot and mix in the BBQ sauce
- Cook another 1 - 2 hours on low, and serve
