Recipe Shortbread

Resep Shortbread

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz Butter
  • 4 oz Caster Sugar
  • 12 oz Plain Flour

Method :
  1. Cream the butter and caster sugar together
  2. Add the plain flour and mix
  3. Line 2 7 inch tins with greaseproof paper
  4. Fill with the mixture and smoothwith the back with a metal spoon
  5. Evenly stab all over with a fork
  6. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celsius
  7. While still hot cut each tray into 8 equal pieces
  8. Place on wire rack to cool
