Ingredients :
- 8 lb yellow squash
- 1 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 2/3 large chopped onion
- 1/4 lb bacon chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
Method :
- Wash the squash
- Slice the squash. Heat a large pan melt the margarine very hot add bacon , onions, and squash. Fry till no more liquids, you may have to drain takes about 30 minutes. Then add vegetable oil.salt and add garlic.
- Fry till caramelized. Serve hope you enjoy!
