Ingredients :
- 2 lb bag long grain rice
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 can Campbell's brocolli and cheese
- 1 bag chicken tenderloins
- 1 pkg sazon
- 3 leaves dry rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- A.1. dry rub seasoning
- A few sliced carrots
- paprika
Method :
- In a medium saucepan bring rice and coconut oil to boil.
- Open can of Campbell"s Brocolli and Cheese soup and pour into a saucepan. Let simmer on medium low heat
- Season tenderloins with sazon, salt, pepper, nutmeg, dry rosemary and A.1. dry rub seasoning. (Season to your likeness)
- Place sliced carrots and tenderloins in a large fry pan on high heat until fully cooked.
- Place rice down first, sliced chicken across the top of rice. Drizzle the broccoli and cheese sauce, and garnish with paprika. Serve and Enjoy!!
