Ingredients :
- eggs
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- sausage onion and pepper
- 6 2/3 oz bulk sausage
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
Method :
- Heat butter
- Crack and beat eggs, add to butter. Let them sit forming. Move and fold as needed not letting them color, brown. Remove, and set aside when done.
- Brown the sausage with the onion. When done move to a paper towel reserve what drippings you can.
- Heat drippings add finely chopped bell pepper don"t let them color if you can if some turn its ok.
- Add to a towel to meove excessive oils.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
