Recipe Mayan chocolate rubbed ribs

Ingredients :

• 1/3 cup mayan chocolate rub , see my recipe
• 2-1/4 pound St Louis style ribs

Method :

1. Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit
2. Remove the silver skin from ribs.
3. Rub the Mayan Chocolate rub on the ribs and bake in the oven till done, about 45 minutes.
4. Let sit 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Hope you enjoy
