
Ingredients :
- 2 cups white minute rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-2 cups mixed frozen veggies
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- to taste salt & pepper
- dash chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
Method :
- Cook rice as directed. Set aside.
- Brown beef in a large skillet or wok. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Drain any leftover grease.
- Add frozen veggies, onion, and 1 cup of water to skillet. Boil on high until water boils away. Stir frequently. (If using leftover cooked veggies, simply add to skillet and skip the water.)
- Turn off heat. Add butter and rice to skillet. Stir until butter is melted. Remove from heat and enjoy!
